VIKTORIA HASHMI: HAIR EXTENSION ART AS A PATH TO INNER TRANSFORMATION

In the beauty industry, Victoria is known as an innovator and inspirer. She was the first to bring the unique "microcapsule" hair extension technique to Italy, opened RH Boutique in Milan, and expanded the business to Dubai. We met with Victoria to learn about her journey, industry views, and secrets of success.

From Beauty Sphere to Hair Art

"Before I started doing extensions, I went through the entire beauty sphere until I realized that hair is my tool and language," Victoria says. For her, hair is not just length or style, but a way to transform not only a woman's appearance but also her inner state. She sought a method that would become true art and found it in the "microcapsule" technology, which she later adapted and introduced to Italy.

Overcoming Stereotypes and Introducing Innovations

"The hardest part is breaking stereotypes," Victoria admits. In Italy, established hair extension schools had been formed decades ago. The new technique was individual, invisible, and safe, initially met with skepticism. Today, the method is recognized and in demand, and Victoria teaches it at RH Boutique and RH Academy.

For her, innovation is not a fashion chase but thorough testing and personalization. "We don't have a flow of clients — there is a person with their hair, life rhythm, and expectations," she explains.

RH Boutique in Milan and Dubai: A Space for Beauty and Comfort

Opening RH Boutique in Milan was a real challenge. "It's not just about renting and the team, but choosing the district, architectural concept, selecting every element — from the chair to the lighting," Victoria shares. She created a space with private zones and attention to detail so clients feel special.

The Dubai branch will adapt to the local climate and high service standards. "There will be private rooms, signature hair treatments, and an atmosphere that values quality and comfort," Victoria reveals.

Beauty as a Path to Confidence

For Victoria, every client is a story. Many come after difficult life periods — hair loss, illness, emotional burnout — and leave with a new outlook on themselves. "There are girls who, for the first time in a long time, could tie a ponytail, style their hair, go on a date. It's priceless," she says.

Social Responsibility and Education

Victoria actively supports social projects related to women's confidence, recovery after tough times, and restoring faith in themselves.

Her team regularly provides free treatments for girls facing serious illnesses, hair loss, or difficult life circumstances.

These services are not just acts of goodwill but conscious steps to make a woman feel she is not alone, her pain matters, and she deserves care.

"Beauty can be therapy. Sometimes girls come to us who have hidden their heads under scarves for years. They leave with a straight back and sparkle in their eyes. It's not cosmetics, it's inner transformation," Victoria shares.

Besides this, Victoria invests in education.

RH Boutique Academy in Milan is not just courses on demand but a community and support system.

They teach not only technique but responsibility, aesthetics, and attention to the person.

The academy helps not only professionals but also women who decided to start anew — change careers, find new strength, and build their own path.

Advice for Beginners and Secrets of Balance

"Don't copy — study. Learn not only technique but communication, service, aesthetics. Travel, see how studios abroad are arranged. Don't be afraid to do things your own way," Victoria advises.

Regarding balance between business, family, and personal interests, her main advice is "stop striving for perfect balance." "I just know why I take each step. Everything works if there is meaning and passion. And also — the team. I couldn't do it alone," she admits.

Victoria is an example of how professionalism, passion, and attention to detail can not only build a successful business but also help people feel beautiful and confident.
